All you have to do is go to the virtual box. It will show you the popup if you have an update. As shown below.
Now copy-paste the link to the browser you have in your Ubuntu Linux. Download the Debian package. Now right-click on the installer file and install as it is shown below.
It will take some time. Speed depends on your OS specifications. You must have a Linux machine as a primary os along with side windows. You will get much more speed than you think, and save some memory. The installation has finished.
Now search for a virtual box and open it. You are asked to download, update, and accept T&C. Once installation gets completed Virtual box will prompt to delete the downloaded deb file.
